On any given day, your rims are at risk … Potholes, salt, road grime, and other harmful elements can cause flaking, chipping, corrosion as well as bends and cracks that require repair.
Powder Coating Rims
The rim powder coating process involves the application of a uniform and extremely durable paint-like coating to an aluminum or steel rim. Finely ground, electrostatically charged powder particles of pigment & resin are then sprayed onto the rim surface to be coated.
The positively charged powder particles adhere to the electrically negative surface of the rim. The powder coated rim is then placed into a curing oven at 200C for about 20 minutes.

Great Customer service, Great quality work. Glad I picked these guys to redo my set of Infiniti’s summer rims. All 4 had a mix of curb rashes and some even had bends.From Day 1 they had great communication on their instagram page, let me know about the process and even offered me water when I dropped off my rims! I was able to bring in a new set of tires and they got it mounted and balanced as well. Cody is great to work with. They did everything they could to perfect my rims and I highly recommend them.

Cody and the team repaired and powered coated a set of Speedlines rims for me. From the start it was a pleasure to work with them, they help me find the exact colour I wanted for the rims and then walked me through the process. After dropping the rims off, the team found that three were bent, they called to let me know and gave me a reasonable price to repair the rims. Communication through the whole process was excellent. The job took longer than expected due to some issues with removing the old paint from the rims, which was fine since they wanted to make sure the job was done right. Rims came out looking great, I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend the team at Rim Perfection.
