Powder Coating Rims in Toronto
Durable finish and a variety of colours ensures a fresh look for your rims!
The rim powder coating process involves the application of a uniform and extremely durable paint-like coating to an aluminum or steel rim. Finely ground, electrostatically charged powder particles of pigment & resin are then sprayed onto the rim surface to be coated.
The positively charged powder particles adhere to the electrically negative surface of the rim. The powder coated rim is then placed into a curing oven at 200C for about 20 minutes.
The technology used in powder coating rims is an excellent alternative to liquid finishing technologies and other methods of rim painting. A powder-coated finish on wheels is durable, uniform, and comes in a variety of different colours. It is an excellent way to bring new life to an old set of wheels or a new look & colour to replace factory colours.

Benefits Of Powder Coating Rims
1. Protection and Durability
The rims of your vehicle receive a high degree of wear and tear. This leads to flaking, chipping, or corrosion issues from salt, road grime, and other outdoor elements that can ultimately damage the wheel.
Custom wheel painting creates a non-porous surface that shields the wheels and protects them better than if otherwise left unmaintained.
2. Lower Costs
Custom wheel painting provides coverage and protects the rims reducing maintenance labour & material costs over the lifetime of the vehicle.
3. Fast application and curing process
Powder coated wheel rims are ready to be reinstalled 1 hour after the powder coating process.
4. Improve Vehicle Aesthetic
Paint can be applied to a variety of metal materials and in a multitude of colours and is an excellent way to bring new-life to an old set of wheels or a new, personalized look & colour to replace factory equipment.
